DO personally sign even name-printed greeting cards. Else it makes your card look cold and is a sign of bad manners. The name is printed on the card for clarity and it is courteous to sign the card yourself.

DO sign in joint names, if your card is printed jointly in the name of a couple.

DO acknowledge greetings received thanking the sender for remembering the occasion and for sending the card.
